I've recently adopted more plant-based and vegan food into my diet because I wanted to drop some weight. I've also given up dairy and gluten so eating out was a problem. Jessica has been a pleasure communicating with. I have tried both a week of the Clean Eats with delivery which was absolutely effortless in my part, and provided me with well made, quality lunches that were brought to my door. I have also now completed a few days into the raw food cleanse and I’m blown away again! The food is incredibly diverse and fresh! My life has been made less stressful during a high demand week! Jessica is super easy to work with and she uses quality, fresh ingredients. We just finished our first week of meals and both my husband and I feel great! My hubby is more of a meat and potato guy but he is really enjoying the meals and how good he is feeling after eating. I’m also enjoying not having to cook!

I found the company at the womens show and was curious about it. it's very hard to find actual meal services that are actually healthy especially locally. I'm a busy person and find myself ordering food allot at work. Thank goodness for a healthy service where the food is already made and no prepping. A nice grab and go I don't have to be guilty about. I'm not vegan or vegetarian and I am a very picky eater but enjoyed these mealsconsidering I don't normally eat half of these vegetables they provide. I highly recommend Naturally Valiant.

When I eat the meals this healthy local service makes, I often say, “I have no idea what I’m eating but it’s awesome.” The truth is I know exactly what I’m eating, I trust the person who made it and designed the menu, and I love knowing where my food comes from and the reasons I need to eat that vegetable or protein or grain today.
